Job Description

Seeking a Salesforce Life Science QA Lead with Health Cloud experience to act as the central point of contact for QA across multiple agile scrum teams, design and execute test strategies, and manage defect workflows. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences/Health Cloud, integration testing, and a focus on test automation.

Tasks & duties

Multi-Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for QA across 3-4 agile scrum teams, ensuring consistent testing practices, managing dependencies, and preventing siloed efforts. Test Strategy & Master Planning: Design and execute the end-to-end test strategy, encompassing integration, system, regression, and data migration. Defect & QA Team Management: Establish clear triage workflows, work closely with development leads, and eventually help guide the upcoming team of individual testers.
